Alright guys … here are your instructions for the July #riseandsweat. Pretty straight forward. It’s simple. Get your booty’s up a little earlier each morning and do something active!!!! Your future self will thank you.
How does it work? Easy.
>Get up and start your day with some form of activity. (Anything from a walk, to yoga, to stretching, to a full on workout)
>Take a pic or video of what you’re doing for your #riseandsweat
>Tag me (@andreagnys) and hashtag#riseandsweat
Every time you post, you get an entry to win any of the awesome prizes we have going throughout this challenge

For this workout:
I’m focusing on Tabata style workouts! Everyone has their preference, but for me, I truly believe high intensity interval training is the most effective and tabata falls into that category. Like I mentioned, you DO NOT have to do these exercises… but if you need inspiration, they’re here for you!
Tabata = 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest x 8 = 4 minutes total
20 seconds burpees
10 seconds rest
20 seconds mountain climbers
10 seconds rest
Repeat x 4 for 4 minutes total
