May Madness — Workouts, cleanse, insta challenges and essential oils

Holy smokes you guys!!!! It’s MAY! Like seriously… where did the first 4 months go? I haven’t even updated my vision board from 2015 yet. haha

Alright, so I’ve got a pretty busy little month of May comin and I want to share what I’m up to, incase any of you want to join me!

 

Starting tomorrow, for 3 days, Greg and I will be doing the smoothie cleanse that we’ve done in the past.

It’s from Healthy Green Flamingo , and it’s a really good cleanse. It’s super approachable in that it’s only 3 days, and you’re really not ever starving (well I’m not… Greg might argue otherwise haha). It’s 4 smoothies a day, and they’re quite filling. They’ve got all the nutrients you need, and you can add protein or superfoods (like chlorella, maca etc). I also love that this comes with a grocery list, and a super easy to follow ‘menu’ for making your shakes each day. It’s a great way to reset and give your body a healthy kick.

Also starting tomorrow, Greg and I are starting Shaun T’s Max 30 workout program again.

We’ve done this program twice before and it’s really one of our faves. It is SO hard, and super effective. We still have our classes 3x/week, plus these 6x/week… and I like to throw in an arms and back workout if possible as well, because I find the bodyweight workouts sometimes lack those muscle groups a little bit. 

If you’re looking for a WICKED challenging workout that only takes a small portion of time and is going to get you in great shape… look no more. Max 30 is awesome! Plus we love when other people are doing it at the same time as us… keeps us accountable! Anyone want in?? 

Now – later this week, on Wednesday, I’m partnering with Teaja tea, and hosting a 1 week long Tea and Yoga challenge!
I’ve never done an insta challenge quite like this, so I’m really excited to get it going! I will be posting instructions and more info later this week, but know that it’s going to be a super easy to participate in challenge, and the prize is AMAZING!

Alright – next up!
Next week, starting on May 9th – my cousin is running a Facebook group for me and any of my friends that are interested in learning more about essential oils. I usually buy mine from Saje. I love that they’re a Canadian company, they’re all natural and cruelty free, and they have a great return policy. My cousin though has just gotten into selling DoTerra , and I would love to support her and learn more about it!
