Happy Hump Day!
Alright, so we did shoulders and chest tonight in our Golds class.
It was a super tough workout and I wanted to show you a couple of the exercises we did that I thought might be new to your ‘push up’ repertoire.
Cobra Push ups
(keep hips, legs and feet on the ground and elbows tucked into the sides)
Lat push ups
(one arm tucks into the side like a tricep push up, the other arm does a regular push up)

I wanted to share one of my fave outfits with you! And again, thank the amazing Glenny for taking these pics for me 🙂
I’m really surprised that a couple of these items are showing out of stock still. I found links for you still… but not where I wanted to!! This amazing sweater is from Urban Outfitters. My mum in law purchased it for my sis in law and me… but they were back ordered so we received a surprise belated Christmas gift mid January. And it appears the sweater is yet again – out of stock. SUPER popular, and I can see why. It’s adorable. And SO comfy!!!
The tights are from Aritzia. This is one of those posts that is the exception for me. There are a couple really pricey items here, and that’s not usually my style. The tights were the FIRST item I’ve ever purchased from Aritiza … and I gotta tell you, they were a great investment. What’s the point in buying a new pair of $50 faux leather leggings every year, when I can get a pair that will last me 5+ years (Jillian Harris swore hers lasted this long, so it must be true!! haha)

The other real pricey purchase was the glasses. Normally I would NOT spend that obscene amount on sunglasses – but they were covered under benefits (which is the only reason I have them!) – otherwise I would be all about the cheep and cheerful sunnies!
If you’ve been to this blog before, or if you’ve seen my insta/facebook you know I’m OBSESSED with Toms! If you aren’t familiar.. CHECK them out. For every pair of shoes you purchase, a child in need gets a pair of shoes. So really… it’s like your shopping is sort of doing charity work, right? haha ANYWAY… these booties are adorbs. They’re so comfy, they go with anything, and they’re Toms so you can’t go wrong. My ONLY gripe with these is they are real leather… and I’m trying to not purchase new leather anymore… Either way. Amazing booties.
Thats it for tonight! We’re almost at the end of the week again — WOOO!
And only 6 more days til Hawaii for us!
