Fridayyyy!!!
Coming to you from Kailua, Hawaii! And wonderful, amazing weather so far!
I have a few things to share, as per usual for Friday Faves. And I’m going to get right to it because quite honestly there’s so much we have to explore here and we really haven’t done much yet as the first day was spent scoping things out, getting groceries and all the things we need for the rest of the vacay ๐
The first thing I want to share is this Argan Magic Dry Oil Mist that I picked up from Winners. OMG. LOVE. It’s all natural, and cruelty free which is super important to me, and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my hair since I’ve started using it. It doesn’t make my hair greasy. I am careful to not put too much in at a time, but it really does make it silky smooth and shiny, and protects it from the curling iron and straightener.
The second is this book I found at Target when I was in the states a few weeks ago.
It’s called Rescue Road and it’s all about the ins and outs of rescue, and talks A LOT about the people behind the scenes that you would never see or know that they were part of the rescue process. It’s SUCH an interesting read if you care at all about rescues and the process they go through to find a home. Highly recommended. Super easy read and extremely well written!
My final fave for this week is a Coconut Brown Ale from Kona Brewing.
This is really the first local beverage I had and I truly enjoyed it. Coconutty but not TOO much… Slightly sweet but a nice flavour too… !
I skipped my Hawaii Essentials post to do this one, but I will definitely be posting still, later in the weekend!
Happy weekend to you all!
