What a weekend it was! We started nice and early on Saturday, with a 6am start for our 4 hour trip to Peachland.
We checked in to our cute little place on the water and got the pups in for a swim!
And Corey was able to get his boat blown up in record time!!
We headed off to Kanasawa wines first. I had heard about this place from a friend and tried a couple of the wines and they were STELLAR !
We were treated SO well and had such a good chat with the owner and wine maker. We also got to meet a couple beautiful horses!
Highly recommend trying any of the Kanasawa wines if you see them!
After some wines, we hit up Bad Tattoo brewery, and I was so hangry by the time we got there, I failed to take a pic!
When we got back to our place, we set up shop on the patio playing cards and having some drinks. We were spoiled at Kanasawa, so Sar and I had tons of wine to keep us busy 😉
To kick off my first day of Inversions (doing Inversions and pull ups every day this month!!) Greggie came out by the water and took a couple pics with me.
The next morning was EPIC. We went to a Kangaroo Farm in Lake Country. SO AWESOME!!!! They had everything there.

PIGS. The cutest pigs. These little guys were wagging their tails like pups do. SO CUTE.
What a cool place to visit. Definitely a must see if you’re an animal fan and in the Kelowna area. By donation (Min $5), it’s a wicked little place to spend a morning or evening.
The boys pretty much had the EXACT same outfit on. Check it.
Following our kangaroo morning, we went to a little pub by our place for lunch and some margs (obviously!). Great little spot right on the water, and good food!
By mid afternoon, we were back at our place, out in the floaties with the pups and enjoying some AGDs and ciders. What a view… the water was clear and refreshing and the pups had a great time swimming.
I love this area for a long weekend trip. It’s so hot, there are TONS of places to swim close by, and there are tons of places to get awesome wine and delicious beer. Win -win.
