So, weโre leaving for Mexico in 37 days and I need to shapeeee on up!
I was talking with my little bro yesterday, and heโs also trying to get back into the swing of things after his exams (heโs a uni student) and after some partying over the holidays. We agreed weโd do T25 together J
Heโs in Ontario, and I am in BC, but itโs still something we can do together while being so far apart.
Greg and I have done Shaun Ts โInsanityโ before, and holy smokes it isnโt easy. We also saw some great results from it. So I figure, T25 will be similar but shorter, which is KEY for me right now. I like to do MY workouts in the morning (so 30 mins or less is ideal) and then on any given day I will usually teach a class at Vega at lunch, or at Golds in the evening (or both!)โ so short and sweet in the morning is perfect!
Anyway, I am starting (started today) with the Alpha scheduleโฆ that is what is recommended. Alpha goes from week 1-5.
After Alpha, you move to Beta, which is the second phase. Beta goes from week 6-10.
I noticed however, halfway through writing this, that there is a โGammaโ cycle, which is apparently from what I can tell way harder, but also ยฝ the time! I am into THAT!
I will likely stick to the Alpha cycle for the rest of this week and perhaps switch to the Gamma next week. I am trying to recruit others to do the T25 challenge with me soooooโฆ.. if youโre interested, get on it! Letโs do it. You KNOW itโs a good workout when I completed the first video about 6 hours ago, and my legs already are starting to hurt as I sit on the couch typing. LOVE IT.
It even includes a recipe plan. In my opinion, you can NEVER have too many new recipe ideas. I get bored pretty quickly with my food so I will definitely be checkin these out this week ๐
Stay tuned for my reviews. I will keep you posted as I go through this program. I will also post my starting measurements and weight, as soon as I take them!
Until next timeโฆ. Have a Lovely Monday morning ๐
