We threw this workout together while we were in Duncan, BC for our first outdoor country concert together (Sunfest!) It was such a blast. 3 nights of camping, partying with true rednecks, and great music – obviously. Since a large portion of country concerts (especially the ones when you’re camping) revolve around drinking, we new we needed to get in a workout each day. We went to the lake and found a picnic table and came up with this. We of course brought our sandbags as well. See Picnic Table Workout for an option without the sandbag
Do this circuit 2x
Each exercise is 50 secs of work w 10 secs rest
- Table Burpees
- Deadlifts curls
- Step ups on table
- Dips
- Leg raises
- Sandbag swings
- Row clean squat press w sandbag
- Gecko plank/high knees on bench
- Upright row clean press tri extension
- Squat press w sandbag
