Picnic Table Workout – no equipment

This was our setting for picnic table workout ! Can't beat that.

This is the workout we did on the second day of camping! We found a sweet spot on the beach and set up shop. It was getting busy by the time we started, and there were lots of little kids pointing and looking at us very curiously. It was so awesome to bust out this workout and then hop right into the lake to cool off and relax.

This workout is set up in the familiar format – 50seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.

Here we go!

  • Box jumps (on table)
  • Multi level decline pushups
  • lower back leg lifts
  • Step up left leg
  • Step up right leg
  • Incline pushups
  • High knees on the table
  • Multi level in and outs

Repeat x2

Abs
> Seated in and outs
> Leg lift w butt raise
> Scissor kicks
> Cross kick decline plank
