“The Hangover Special” sans equipment

Greg likes to call this one the hangover special. I think the name is pretty self explanatory.

We did a pretty good job getting workouts in when we were home last week – we were home for 9 days and I think we missed only 2 days of working out – not too bad at all! We even videoed a couple, and had some cameo appearances by my bro and sister, and my basketball star cousin Zak!

20 burpees

40 jumping squats

60 seconds high knees

Repeat for 5 rounds and record your time. Let us know how you do!
