Full Body Burn

Squat Jump, Close Grip push up, Deadlift/Rows
Squat Jump, Close Grip push up, Bicep Curl

 

10 deep squat and power jump (aka knee tuck jump)
10 close grip sandbag push up (optional 20 for men)
15 – sandbag row and deadlift 
15 – sandbag shoulder press
10 – sandbag bicep curl 
10 – tricep extension 

Repeat x5 and record your time (so you can beat it next time around of course) 

Deadlift/row, shoulder press, tricep extension
Deadlift/row, shoulder press, tricep extension
